Ezimit

Ezimit is one of the most prominent and technologically advanced wineries in North Macedonia. Founded in 1991 (with its modern winery established in 1994), it is a 100% family-owned enterprise located in the heart of the Ovče Pole region, an area with a winemaking tradition that stretches back centuries.

Innovation Meets Tradition. Ezimit is defined by its ability to merge ancient Balkan viticulture with state-of-the-art production. The winery manages over 400 hectares of its own vineyards across seven different micro-locations. This geographic diversity allows them to cultivate more than 30 different grape varieties, ranging from indigenous Balkan icons like Vranec and Kratošija to international favorites like Syrah, Merlot, and Chardonnay.
